Dexter Alandi is an amazing realtor. My partner and I came to him on October 2023 and within a month landed our first home. As first time home buyers, searching for the right realtor can be tricky. Dexter introduced himself to us as someone who will be reliable, resourceful and trusted. He definitely kept his word and not only helped us buy a home but became an advisor in this important milestone in our life.
Initiating this journey for the first time was quite intimidating. We knew our end goal but wasn't sure what to expect or the risks we'll need to face. At our first meeting with Dexter his demeanor was very enthusiastic and friendly. He presented a breakdown towards buying our first home. Each step was educated to us fortifying our understandings of the process. Moving forward with possible listings, Dexter listened to every detail of what we wish to find in a home. He took all considerations to filter for the best options and most importantly within our budget. We left the meeting knowing we would be taken care of.
Dexter stayed hands on and kept in touch with new listings. Within the first week he had already scheduled private viewings as well as join us to open viewings. Not only was Dexter punctual but was always 30 minutes early. He is mindful in accordance to our schedule and is flexible. He always ensured that our time wasn't to be wasted. Never did he pressure us to settle right away. Any concern we had wasn't ignored and consulted thoroughly with every seller. Each listing visited was a learning curve which allowed Dexter to find the next listing better than the last.
Most appreciated of Dexter is his attitude. Despite minor unfortunates when looking for the perfect home Dexter is determined. After a month of searching Dexter was able to negotiate an offer at Park Avenue West. He guided us throughout every important step afterwards helping to reduce the stress involved. He keeps the mood positive and reminding us to celebrate even the smallest of achievements.
Even after completion and moving in Dexter doesn't just disappear. He likes to keep tabs on us with how we're doing and the experience of living in our new home. We very much appreciate that Dexter doesn't see us as just another buyer. Instead a young couple wanting to move ahead in life.
